ALL appointments require a £40 NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE DEPOSIT.  The deposit is payable by Cash or Bank Transfer and is needed at the time of booking – No appointments are secure without this. Please understand the time put aside for your appointment and cancelling a number of times will result in not offering you future appointment.

Please be aware that your appointment is at risk until we receive the deposit in full and if you delay payment, your proposed time slot may be taken by someone who has paid their deposit promptly.

Once you have made a booking, we will send you bank details. Once we receive the deposit in full, we will notify you that your booking is confirmed. 

For Bank Transfers – the Payee Name can be anything discreet you wish to put, but in the reference box you must put your first Initial and the last 4 digits of your phone number, so I know who the deposit is from. 

The deposit is 100% non-refundable or exchangeable unless we cancel the appointment.  If you cancel within 72hrs of your appointment time  you can make another appointment using your original deposit. This does mean if you cancel within 72hrs of your appointment, you will lose your deposit – If we are unable to fill the slot, we would have a loss of income. This way it protects our business and income and actually usually prevents last minute cancellations.

Once a deposit is paid we will send you confirmation and address details.

If you are unable to attend we would appreciate it if you could let us know, even if it’s at the last minute. If you find yourself running late, get in touch as soon as possible so we can try and arrange that you still have your full treatment time. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late without notifying me, we can still see you, however your appointment may be affected. If you're later than 15 minutes & haven't notified us, we may ask you to reschedule and your deposit would have been lost.
